1. Ufulfilled Products:

All Ufulfilled products are delivered within 24 working hours if ordered from Kuwait and before 5 pm. All orders after 5 pm will be delivered the next day.

Delivery for the rest of GCC excluding Kuwait will be 3-5 business days.

2. Not Ufulfilled Products:

Mostly all not Ufulfilled products will be delivered within 48 working hours if ordered from Kuwait. There are few exceptions for example: tv’s and other large products that take more than 24 hours to deliver and install.

Delivery for the rest of GCC excluding Kuwait will be 4-6 business days.

3. Ubuy fulfilled & Not Ubuy fulfilled - Mix Order:

Any order, which includes both, Ubuy fulfilled & Not Ubuy fulfilled Products, will be delivered within next 24 working hours, if the order is placed from Kuwait before 5 pm (Kuwait time). Any order placed from Kuwait after 5 pm, will be delivered within next 48 working hours.

Delivery for rest of GCC (Kuwait excluded) will be within 4-6 business days.

4. Digital Products:

Digital products are delivered within seconds via SMS and Email (after checking the data integrity).
