Terms and Conditions


Our warranty covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use as well as accidental damage. You get Parts & Labor coverage, deductibles may apply. It does not cover data loss, recovery, software issues and any type of damage that is a result of misuse excluding the original Operating System.

Length of Coverage:

As stated on the purchase invoice.

For replacement:

When appliance is Beyond Economical Repair or repair cost equals or higher than device cost at the time of claim: You are covered up to the maximum product estimated market value. Once we pay out that amount, your warranty plan is considered fulfilled.

For Repairs:

The Protection Plan is good for multiple repairs, up to the maximum value of your item mentioned on the warranty invoice. Once the cost of repairs meets the full value of the item, your warranty plan is considered fulfilled,

Customer enjoys full cost cover on spare parts and labor charges.


Pre-existing conditions:

Items damaged prior purchase of warranty program.

Accessories and Consumer replaceable parts:

We don’t cover accessories and parts that are meant to be replaced by the consumer, such as batteries and ink cartridges.

Devices repaired without approval:

Warranty plan will be considered void if appliance was repaired without approval or at an unauthorized service center.

Software & regular servicing:

We don’t cover software issues nor maintain your appliance. We will help you troubleshoot the issue though to determine if it's a software or hardware issue.

Certain Types of conditions:

Appliances with partially/ fully missing or removed serial number, appliances used for fraudulent activities, negligence or carelessness & natural disasters & transportation costs are not covered.

Customer Item Repair Process:

  • 1. Customer should present his item to any authorized service center.
  • 2. Customer should present his original purchase invoice.
  • 3. Once warranty verified, the specialist will diagnose the problem and report to the customer accordingly, if repair is out of the warranty coverage scope, additional charges will apply.
  • 4. Repair time will be as agreed between Customer & authorized repair center.
  • 5. Once item is ready, customer will be informed to collect
