I’ve read some of the other reviews here and I can only comment on my own experience purchasing US products delivered to the UK. I’ve used this company twice and both times, the products arrived without any big issues. Communication is not the best but it is always polite and courteous. There were some delays on my second order but as already stated, the products did arrive safely and were exactly as ordered so can't honestly complain. UK telephone contact number both helpful and appreciated
