My order was packaged quite poorly & the boxes on the items I purchased were badly damaged. Thankfully the items contained within the boxes weren't damaged so for this reason I gave 4 stars. This is the first time I have ever had a negative experience with Ubuy so I will purchase from them in the future assuming that this issue will not occur again. Debbie
