1. How to create account?
a. Click on Create an Account on top right.
b. Enter all the details asked in form.
c. Check 3 boxes at bottom and click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT button.
2. How to search product?
a. Type the name of product which you want to search in search box.
b. Click Search button after writing product name.
c. You will get your desired product.
3. How to buy product?
a. Click on product you wish to buy.
b. Click on Add to Cart button right side of product.
c. Click on Continue Shopping if you wish to continue or click on View Cart to prepare for Check Out.
d. Check all the details on your cart & click Check Out.
e. Now sign in with your user name & password for Ubuy account. If you don’t have Ubuy account, you need to create an account.
f. Fill all the details asked in form for address & click Continue.
g. Check your final payment & click Continue.
h. Enter your card details & submit.
4. How to add product to wish list?
a. Click on product you wish to add in your wishlist.
b. Now sign in with your user name & password for Ubuy account. If you don’t have Ubuy account, you need to create an account.
c. Your product is now added to wishlist.
5. How to buy products from wish list?
a. Sign in with your user name & password for Ubuy account. If you don’t have Ubuy account, you need to create an account.
b. Click on Wishlist next to search button.
c. Check the products added by you in your wishlist.
d. Click on BUY NOW.
6. How to share product on Facebook and Twitter?
a. Click on product you wish to share.
b. Click on Facebook icon (below add to wishlist button) to share on Facebook.
c. Click on Twitter icon (below add to wishlist button) to share on Twitter.
7. How to rate product?
a. Click on product you wish rate.
b. Click on Product Review tab, next to Product details.
c. Click Post your own review button.
d. Enter title of your review, your comment & select rating from the bottom.
e. Click Submit.
8. How to subscribe for Ubuy newsletter?
a. Enter your email id below Join our Mailing List.
b. Click Sign up.
c. You are subscribed now.
9. When can I contact customer care and how?
a. You can email us anytime through our emails. For more details refer Contact Us pages.
10. I lost my confirmation key, how to get it back?
a. If you haven’t received confirmation key or lost it , then click on Sign in on top right corner.
b. Below login boxes click on Not received confirmation link ?
c. You will be directed to new form. Enter your email address here and give simple answer for security.
d. Click Sign in. Your account is confirmed now.
11. How to change password?
a. First login with your username and password.
b. Click on My Account on top right above search box.
c. Go to personal settings and go to change password column below.
d. Enter your current password, enter new password, confirm new password.
e. Click Update Password. Your password is updated now.
12. What should I do if I forget my password?
a. Click on Sign in on top right.
b. Click on Forgot your Password?
c. You will be directed to new form. Enter your email address here and give simple answer for security.
d. Click Submit. Your password is reset now.
e. Please change your password after login.
13. How to like Ubuy on Facebook?
a. Click on Facebook icon on top right corner.
b. You will be navigated to Ubuy Account on Facebook.

16. Do you charge customers additional fees?
a. For our valued customers we don’t charge any additional fees or additional taxes. Thus with the Ubuy you can enjoy shopping.
17. Do you accept payments in foreign currency?
a. As of now we are dealing in Kuwait only, so we accept Kuwait's currency only. We don’t accept foreign currency.
18. Will I receive soft copy for invoice on my email?
a. Yes you will receive soft copy for invoice on the email provided by you at the time of registration.
19. I am having difficulty while payment, who can I contact?

20. What payment methods do you offer?
a. We are offering Knet, Visa and Master Card as of now. You can make payments by using any one of them as per you convenience.
21. Do you deliver products outside Kuwait?
a. Right now we are dealing in Kuwait market only and we deliver in Kuwait only. Hence we don’t deliver products outside Kuwait.
22. Are there any areas where delivery might take longer?
a. There are not any such areas where delivery might take longer. And the delivery timeframe will be mentioned for each product before you checkout.
23. How long it will take to deliver product?
a. For each and every product there is different timeframe. There is no fix timeframe for delivery of products.
24. Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
a. No need, any one from your house can receive the shipment, at the time of delivery our delivery man will collect the receiver name and signature with date and time.
25. What if I am not in when you deliver?
a. It's okay if you are not at home at delivery time. Any one from your house can receive the shipment; at the time of delivery our delivery man will collect the receiver name and signature with date and time.
26. Are shipping fees is refundable if I return my product?
a. We are sorry we don’t have such criteria for the refundable of shipping fees.
27. What shipping options do you offer?
a. As of now we have Standard Shipping to reach our valued customers with their requirements, soon we are planning to introduce Express Shipping and International Shipping.
28. What do I do if my product has not arrived on time?
a. We will deliver the shipment between the time frame provided by customer and we will provide two attempts for one shipment. If incase no one available up on delivery the same delivery will reschedule for second attempt as free of charge.
29. Why isn't shipping cost included in the labeled price of product?
a. As we have multiple products and shipping cost vary from region to region and product to product, that is why it is not included in the labeled price of product and hence calculated explicitly.
30. What methods are used to prevent fraud?
a. Order and Payment page are only accessible to registered customers.
b. All customer accounts are verified during registration process using the activation by email process.
c. All the products are delivered to customers on providing the online invoice generated after successful payment.
d. All the delivery address are recorded in the order history and verified before delivery by our respective departments.
31. How do I know you work in secure Ecommerce environment?
a. All the payment transaction pages are secured by approved SSL certificates.
